The VII annual intellectual and language contest «Til bilgiri — 2023» was held in ALMAU.

         On April 12, 2023, Almaty Management University hosted the VII annual intellectual and language competition «Til Bilgiri — 2023» organized by the AlmaU Language Center.

The competition was opened by the director of the AlmaU Language Center Nurken Abayuly. The purpose of the intellectual and linguistic contest «Til bilgiri — 2023» is to increase the creative abilities of students and competence in learning three languages (Kazakh, English, Russian).

The first stage was held in three languages, and at the remaining stages of the competition, students competed in Kazakh, Russian and English in separate competitive tasks. In each competition, students not only demonstrated their level of proficiency in three languages, but also demonstrated competent and confident public speaking skills, tried to stand out with their creativity.

This year the contest «Til bilgiri -2023» has changed its format and holds it among students of grades 10 and 11. 30 schools of Almaty took part in the competition. The team members presented Reels on their Instagram pages in the 1st round (online), and took part in the remaining rounds (offline) within the walls of AlmaU. Of the 30 schools that took part in the competition, 7 teams won prizes. In addition to valuable AlmaU prizes, the winners of the Grand Prix and 1st place received discounts of 50% and 30% for the entire period of study for the chosen specialty under the bachelor’s degree program at the Almaty Management University, respectively.  The winners of the Grand Prix were school No. 12 named after Sh.Ualikhanov and the 1st place was taken by NGS — a new generation School.
