Each child is a bright light, and only the teacher who managed to light it wins.

I have been working in the field of education for almost 16 years. Everyday I look at my students, who are standing  in front of me with their shining eyes. Looking at them I feel I have a great responsibility for their future as a teacher. That’s why my goal should be at the highest level, because to light up those luminous light is  my duty to teach. All of them are different, one is agile, one is passive, one is slow and one is too busy. The content of education I provide and the requirements for it are the same, the perception is different.

“There is a great responsibility before the younger generation,that depends on teacher. The future development, prosperity and accession of our country to the ranks of the developed countries of the world is measured by the younger generation”, said Elbasy. Therefore I should also try to contribute to the problem.

Today every child that crosses the threshold of school is a member of the society, the future owner tomorrow. The profession of a teacher is similar to that of an agronomist. He also sow the seeds of knowledge, carefully nurtures his disciple and sends him to the universe tightened its wings so that it couldn’t break.

What a pleasure, a person finds true happiness, as the poet sings, indeed the beginning and end of the word ‘happiness’ is connected with the profession of  teacher. Who is a teacher? So teacher is a student to honesty education, useful knowledge that will serve as a food for life and the seed of kindness. He teaches good and evil, absorbs moral qualities, he is a close friend and mentor, friend and confidant. The teacher is nurturing a forward-thinking person who will lead today’s society forward tomorrow.

I do not regret that I chose the profession of a teacher. Studying at school, meeting my first teachers especially my English teacher, I felt that my future is connected with this wonderful language. I was in love with this language. And I want to thank all my teachers who made a huge contribution into my future.

‘Innovative teacher’… This phrase is often used in the sphere of pedagogy one of the concepts that is being introduced. Modern innovative development as a teacher is a requirement of time.

In my opinion, modern teacher must be creative, skilled, and has a broad outlook to bring up a competitive youth. The reason why to develop as a modern teacher is a demand of the time. It is necessary abilities to be educated and cultured nowadays. I have to make an ideal person, able to express their thoughts, improving students who can apply their knowledge in life in my hand.

To conclude I want to say I am ready to work for it. To achieve these goals, it is up to me to work, to become a master teacher. Therefore I have to do my best. Of course, the burden of the teacher is a heavy one. Yes, the ability to understand the soul of a person, without resentment, to feel his mistake is a real mastership, isn’t it?
